Dining at Aadya is a journey shaped by place, time, and quiet indulgence. At Highfield House, the estate’s Clubhouse, meals unfold gently throughout the day, culminating in the much-anticipated Aaloka, an open-air dining experience by the bonfire overlooking the golf course and the Peak Wilderness.
Aahaara, our signature tea-infused five-course culinary experience, is set within the Organic Vegetable Garden, a thoughtfully curated journey through Sri Lankan flavours, offered as a value-added experience. High Tea rituals present hand-selected Ceylon teas alongside refined sweet and savoury accompaniments, while sundown moments transition gracefully into evening with tea and aperitifs at Aahana Bar in Highfield House.
For those seeking privacy, in-bungalow dining offers a more intimate setting, complemented by private garden picnics and bespoke dining experiences, curated on request.
