From 5:00 to 6:00 pm each evening, guests are invited to a daily sundown tea ritual, a gentle pause between afternoon and evening.
Later, the bar offers signature cocktails, mocktails, select wines, and spirits – enjoyed without rush, often accompanied by conversation, firelight, and cool hill country air.
