Set within a rehabilitated 200-acre tea estate, Aadya Tea Bungalows is a private highland retreat of standalone bungalows, misty hills and three private waterfalls. Each bungalow is reserved in its entirety for a single booking, with expansive verandas, living spaces and private gardens, and dedicated ‘Appu’ service inspired by the traditions of Sri Lankan butlers.
A gated estate with hiking trails, tennis courts, kayaking, a heated pool and a rare nine-hole private golf course bordering the Sri Pada Peak Wilderness Reserve. This is our local escape, created for guests travelling from within Sri Lanka. Time slows down here, and it is meant to.

Terms and Conditions
- Rate is quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees, per bungalow, per night, on Half Board double basis, and is inclusive of all applicable taxes
- Offer is valid for Sri Lankan residents only. Valid NIC or proof of residency is required at check-in.
- The complimentary Full Board upgrade covers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beverages are not included unless stated.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per bungalow. Extra person supplement is LKR 15,000 per person, per night.
- Complimentary High Tea and Kayaking apply to stays of a minimum of two consecutive nights, once per stay.
- Bookings must be made on or before 30 September 2026 for stays until 30 November 2026.
- Offer is subject to availability and applies to a limited allocation per date.
- Blackout dates may apply over public holidays, long weekends and peak periods.
